Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Skin Studio, we take great care in ensuring that every product we send meets our high standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items not returned in their original condition

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed skincare or cosmetic products

How to Return a Product:

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@theskinstudio.ie within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your full name, order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs:

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within Ireland, however we do not provide free returns.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost return parcels.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@theskinstudio.ie, including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive an alternative product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
