Once shipped, delivery within Ireland may take up to 7 working days.

Please note that during busy periods (such as holidays or promotional events), dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Our online orders are available for delivery within the Republic of Ireland only.

Shipping within Ireland is free of charge.

There are no additional fees for standard delivery on any order.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email or text message with your tracking number and courier details.You can use this information to track your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our team at hello@theskinstudio.ie with your order number and tracking details (if available).

We’ll investigate with the courier and update you as soon as possible.

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@theskinstudio.ie, including photos of the packaging and products.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
